• AI services: Letter content is generated using AI (Anthropic Claude). Recipient information may be shared with AI providers to personalize letters. No information is used to train AI models.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

6. Children's Privacy

Dear Legend is designed to be purchased by adults. When a parent or guardian provides information about a child (name, age, interests) for the purpose of receiving letters, we collect this information solely to personalize the letter correspondence. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.
